Ingredients:
3 eggs
100 g of sugar (1/2 cup)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
130 g cornstarch (1 cup)
30 g grated chocolate
Preparation:
1. In a container place the eggs, beat for 1 minute.
2. Add the sugar and lemon juice.
3. Beat until letter point.
4. Add the cornstarch little by little, then mix thoroughly.
5. Add the chocolate zest and mix lightly.
6. Place in 12 cupcake liners, take to a preheated oven at 150°C for 15 minutes.
