Hazelnut cream stuffed churros

1. HAZELNUT CREAM STUFFED CHURROS 

They’re crispy on the outside, soft and tender on the inside and they have a flavor no one can resist!

How to make them at home: 

INGREDIENTS:

200ml (1 cup) water 

1 tbsp sugar 

1/4 tsp salt 

50g (3 tbsp) butter 

120g (1 cup) flour 

2 eggs 

1/2 tbsp vanilla extract 

Sugar 

Hazelnut cream

METHOD:

In a pan add water, sugar, salt, and butter. Add in flour, mix well and when cool enough add in eggs and vanilla extract.

Using a pastry bag make churros. Freeze for 30-40 minutes.

Fry in hot oil until golden brown, coat in sugar, and fill with hazelnut cream.

Enjoy your Hazelnut cream stuffed churros.
