How to make fritter donuts

Fritter donuts: how to make them irresistible!

Easy to make and so beautiful and delicious, you won’t be able to stop at one! 

INGREDIENTS:

140g (1 cup) all-purpose flour; 

240ml (1 cup) water; 

3 eggs; 

75 g (⅓ cup) butter; 

a pinch of salt; 

½ tsp vanilla extract.

METHOD:

Place water and butter over medium heat and boil until butter melts.

Add in salt and flour, mix with a spoon until the dough forms.

Add vanilla extract into the dough, then crack in 3 eggs, one at a time, while working the batter with a hand mixer.

Transfer the batter into the piping bag and pipe out 12 rings onto a parchment.

Cook each fritter in preheated oil for 3-4 minutes or until golden on both sides.

INGREDIENTS

For the bread:

Flour – 4 cup

Water – 3 cup

Dry yeast – 2 tsp

Salt – 1 tsp

Sesame

Oil – 3 tbsp

Sugar – 2 tbsp

For the sauce:

Water – 1 cup

Flour – 2 tbsp

METHOD:

Put the yeast, sugar and a glass of warm water in the bowl. Stir and leave for 15 min. Add salt and oil.

In a larger bowl add flour and pre-prepared mixture. Knead the dough by adding water occasionally. The oil-coated bowl put the dough and leave to rest for 60 minutes.

Prepare the flour and water sauce. Divide the dough into two parts and make furrows with your fingers.

Bake in the oven at 200 C for 15 minutes.
